The Columbus Park Foundation is challenging our community to start the New Year by “plunging into parks”. Local businesses will be part of the party, opening up their doors to provide food, drink and entertainment (and warming stations) for the plungers and onlookers.
The Columbus Park Foundation hopes to see everyone at our “Plunge Into Parks”!
Make sure to bring your change of clothes, towel, lawn chairs and blankets so you can be comfortable and cozy before/after your plunge while supporting your fellow plungers!
In addition to registered plungers, through donations, we are giving our community the opportunity to “plunge” community celebrities. Each time donations reach a certain level on our thermometer, another celebrity will have to take the plunge for parks. Stay tuned to the Columbus Park Foundation’s social media for the acceptance videos of our celebrity plungers!
